Project GRW Website Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

We believe everyone should be able to access information about, and engage with, our coaching programs regardless of ability. We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for all visitors to the Site, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice recognition software, or alternative keyboard or pointer devices.

2. Accessibility Standards

We aim for the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

3. California Accessibility and Non-Discrimination Notice

Project GRW is committed to providing full and equal access to our Site and services, consistent with applicable California accessibility and non-discrimination laws, including the Unruh Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code section 51 et seq.) and the California Disabled Persons Act (California Civil Code section 54 et seq.), to the extent they apply. We do not discriminate on the basis of disability and will make reasonable efforts to provide effective communication, reasonable modifications, and alternative methods of access where required by applicable law.

4. Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

Consistent with our commitment to accessibility, we take the following measures, where applicable:

●      Providing text alternatives for non-text content, such as images;

●      Ensuring the Site can be navigated using a keyboard;

●      Using sufficient color contrast between text and background;

●      Structuring content with clear headings and descriptive link text;

●      Reviewing new content and features for accessibility considerations before publishing;

●      Providing accessible alternatives or accommodations upon request, as described in Section 7 below.

5. Ongoing Efforts and Known Limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to review and improve the Site. Some content on the Site, including certain third-party tools, embedded platforms, or older documents may not yet fully conform to the standards described above. We are working to identify and address any such limitations and welcome feedback to help us prioritize these efforts.

6. Third-Party Content

Third-party services may be designed, maintained, and controlled independently of Project GRW. As a result, Project GRW may not be able to control or correct every accessibility limitation associated with third-party content, platforms, interfaces, or services.

 The Site may include content, tools, or links provided by third parties, such as scheduling or payment platforms. While we select vendors with accessibility in mind where practicable, we do not control the accessibility of third-party websites or platforms and encourage you to contact those providers directly with accessibility concerns about their tools.

 We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible services. If you encounter an accessibility barrier involving a third-party tool used in connection with Project GRW, please notify us. We will consider reasonable available measures, which may include providing assistance, offering an alternative way to access the information or complete the requested activity, or notifying the third-party provider.

Use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s own terms, accessibility practices, and privacy notice.

7. Coaching Programs and Accessibility Assistance

Project GRW offers coaching and educational services that may be delivered through individual sessions, group programs, workshops, virtual sessions, in-person sessions, or institutional programs.

 If you need reasonable accessibility assistance to inquire about or participate in a Project GRW program, please contact us as early as practicable.

 Project GRW will consider accessibility requests individually based on the nature of the program, the request, available technology, safety considerations, contractual obligations, and other relevant circumstances.

8. Privacy of Accessibility Communications

Information submitted in connection with an accessibility report or assistance request will be handled in accordance with Project GRW’s applicable privacy notices.

Project GRW may use the information to:

 • Respond to the request;

• Investigate and reproduce the reported issue;

• Communicate about available assistance;

• Improve website accessibility;

• Coordinate with an applicable service provider or institutional customer;

• Maintain appropriate business records; or

• Comply with legal obligations.

Project GRW will seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary to address the request. Visitors should avoid including unrelated sensitive personal information in general accessibility communications.
