1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 16 below.
2. About the Site and Our Coaching Services
The Site provides general information about Project GRW’s coaching, personal development, and life-skills programs, and may allow visitors to request information, schedule consultations, submit intake forms, or otherwise contact us. The Site itself does not constitute the delivery of coaching services. If you enroll in a coaching program, that engagement is governed by a separate, signed Coaching Services Agreement or Institutional Coaching Services Agreement, as applicable, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms regarding the coaching relationship.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Project GRW’s coaching programs are generally intended for individuals between the ages of 14 and 25. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site without verifiable parental consent, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any enrollment in coaching services requires the signature and consent of a parent or legal guardian as described in our Coaching Services Agreement.
4. Educational Purposes Only; No Professional Advice
All content on the Site, including articles, program descriptions, blog posts, videos, and other materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, psychological, or other professional or licensed advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the Site.
Project GRW’s coaching services are educational and coaching services only. Project GRW does not provide legal representation, financial advisory services, investment advice, tax advice, accounting services, medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or employment placement services. You remain solely responsible for your own personal, business, legal, financial, medical, educational, and life decisions.
5. Accounts, Forms, and Submissions
Certain features of the Site, such as intake forms, scheduling tools, or contact forms, may require you to submit personal information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your use of the Site.
6. User Content, Submissions, and Testimonials
If you submit comments, feedback, questions, testimonials, or other content to us through the Site (“User Content”), you grant Project GRW a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting our business, subject to any additional consent required for use of your name, image, or likeness.
Testimonials, quotes, photos, or video appearing on the Site are used only with the permission of the individual involved, as documented in a signed Testimonial Release and Consent Form. You should not submit content that you do not have the right to share, or content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, program materials, and design elements, are owned by Project GRW or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted for personal, non-commercial use, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
● Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts;
● Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation;
● Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without their consent;
● Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
● Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm any individual, including minors.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services (for example, scheduling, payment, or social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Project GRW. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.
10. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
Any fees for coaching services are described in the applicable signed Coaching Services Agreement, Institutional Coaching Services Agreement, or order document, which governs payment, billing, and refund terms. Information on the Site regarding pricing is provided for general reference and may change without notice.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT OR OUTCOME FROM USE OF THE SITE OR ANY COACHING PROGRAM.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT GRW AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law, including applicable California consumer protection laws.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project GRW and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at the information in Section 20 below so that we may attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
15. Termination and Suspension of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise harmful to our business, at our sole discretion.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Effective Date” and will be effective as soon as it is posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability; No Waiver; Assignment
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed Coaching Services Agreement, Institutional Coaching Services Agreement, or Testimonial Release and Consent Form applicable to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Project GRW regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements regarding the same subject matter.

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted through its website at www.dca.ca.gov or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and a registered user of any online service, site, or application we provide, you may request removal of content or information that you have publicly posted by contacting us using the information in Section 20. Removal may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information, and we may be permitted or required by law to retain or decline to remove certain content or information.
